Company Profile

The Schuran Company was founded by Hermann Schuran in 1986 and ever since that date products made of plastics have been produced here individually in small numbers or in serial production.

In 1991 new machines for production were added: Thermoforming machines and five axle CNC robots opened new perspectives for the dimension of products to be offered.

During 1992 the company´s second production line was established with Schuran Seawater Equipment which deals with the construction and production of equipment for seawater filtration. This is done in close alliance with well known Research Centre Juelich.

The first big success and breakthrough happened with installation of 8 large skimmers in the Delphinarium Duisburg (Germany).

Jetstream Pico - Calcium Reactor

A small device reaching new dimensions!
For aquaria up to 500l (130G).

This reactor can be filled with up to 800 grams of corals and it combines measurable high efficiency with small dimension. Jetstream Pico can be used within the filter/sump or outside. With large volume bubble counter.

Jetstream 1 - Calcium Reactor

The calcium reactor which sets new standards!

For aquaria up to 3000l

Jetstream-Reactor with cartridge construction, mounted on board together with large volume Bubble Count. The volume of the cartridge is 2,5 l.
The reactor can be hung outside the filter/sump.

Jetstream 2 - Calcium Reactor

Jetstream 2 sets the mark in function and efficiency:

With a specially designed Gas-separator with injector, the reactor takes care of a perfect use of carbon dioxide.  Bubbles that didn't disintegrate in the reaction chamber at cached from the Gas-separator and are imported through the injector into the reaction chamber again.

The Jetstream 2 is mounted on a plate and is suitable for tanks up to 10,000L
